How do you cook sirloin tip chipped steak and what to serve with it?

I have to cook this today and I have only used this type of steak to make steak hoagies. I'm not good at cooking meat. How else can it be used and what can I serve with it?? Can it just be eaten like a steak on a plate (if that made sense...lol).... oh dear, I'm clueless... Need ideas!!How do you cook sirloin tip chipped steak and what to serve with it?
fry it on both sides for a couple of minutes in a really hot pan.



depending on rare/med/well done



Some onion mushrooms fried in the same pan are delicious with it



I always have some raw peppers with mine



And have some peppercorn sauce available if required

You can saute (sp?) it with some yellow onion and maybe green peppers, seasoned with salt and pepper, maybe a bit of garlic powder. Use olive oil if you have it, and start with just the onion and peppers, till they are all nicely coated in oil and seasoning, then add the meat. Don't cook it too long or the meat will get dry and tough. Put it on the hoagies and enjoy!
